Terms and Conditions
By using your New Brew Bar & Restaurant loyalty application you confirm that you have reviewed, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
The reference to “we”, us”, “Our” are a reference to New Brew Bar & Restaurant.
Registration is free. However, a minimum balance of $10.00 (10 points) is required before you can start redeeming points.
We may amend or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, with or without notice. If the Terms are changed, we will inform you of these changes using the contact details contained in your profile information at the time of the change. Regardless, we recommend that you review these Terms from time to time for any changes.
Our website and application must only be used by persons over the age of eighteen (18) years, or otherwise under the supervision of an adult or guardian.
New Brew Bar & Restaurant Loyalty is a membership program which offers dollar-based rewards, and from time to time, specials, bonuses and privileges to the members.
We do not accept the responsibility for any loss or damage, however caused (including through negligence) which you may suffer in connection with the use of this website or any other linked websites, nor do we accept any responsibility for any such loss arising out of your use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed through this website.
We do not guarantee that the website or application will be free from viruses or other harmful components and you agree to hold harmless from any claim, judgement, loss expense, liability from any viruses or harm suffered by you as a result of using the website or application and reserves the right to alter the agreed price if an incorrect price was caused by a software fault, error or malicious attack.
Personal information about you may be collected and held on behalf of New Brew Bar & Restaurant in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Any information collected and held may be used from time to time to administer our Loyalty program, provide you with services for marketing and promotional purposes and for other reasons set out in the Privacy Policy.
Under the Privacy Policy Act 1993, you have the rights of access to, and correction of, any personal information held by us.
To earn dollars (points), you must present your Loyalty barcode or number before the transaction is concluded. Loyalty Points earned by you will be added to your account after the transaction has been completed. Reward Dollars are non-transferrable and non-assignable and are not able to be redeemed for cash
Not all products will be eligible for earning dollars. See reward exclusions for details.
We are not liable for:
• Unauthorized use of your loyalty App
• Failure by you to notify a participating store that a purchase is a loyalty program transaction.
• Failure to notify you of any changes to these terms and conditions.
• Any error, misstatement or omission in the information and content contained on this website.
• Claim arising from or relating to the termination of the loyalty program.
Earning Points
A minimum balance of $10.00 (10 points) is required before you can start redeeming loyalty points. Points may be earned every time a Member makes a qualifying purchase at New Brew Bar & Restaurant Loyalty Points cannot be earned on purchases paid for by the redemption of Loyalty Points, on “EFTPOS cash-out” transactions, deposit payments or on purchases of specials or promotions.
To accrue Loyalty Points, you must complete the APP scan your barcode prior to making any payment for a qualifying purchase at New Brew Bar & Restaurant. Any Loyalty Points earned will be added to your Member account.
A record of all Loyalty Reward Points earned will be kept in the Member’s account maintained on the New Brew Bar & Restaurant rewards system. Any alleged inconsistencies in a rewards Member’s account should be reported to the us by mail info@newbrew.co.nz. In the case of any dispute, the decision of the Manager on duty is final and binding.
Redeeming Loyalty Points
Loyalty Points are not to be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
You may not share or transfer your loyalty points/dollars or profile with another individual.
Redemption of Loyalty Points can only take place after registration has been completed online.
There is not a minimum redemption level points, and Reward Loyalty Points can be redeemed at New Brew Bar & Restaurant, up to 100 Loyalty points per transaction for a qualifying purchase. Each Loyalty Point equal to NZ$1.00. For example, a Member who has 10 Loyalty Points can redeem some or all of them by deducting up to NZ$10.00 from any qualifying purchase; a Member who has 100 or more Loyalty points can redeem some or up to 100 Loyalty points in one transaction per day Scanning your app barcode and inform staff at New Brew Bar & Restaurant of your intention to use Loyalty Points to pay/part-pay for a qualifying purchase. You must do this before completing payment for the purchase.
You cannot sell or convert your Loyalty Points into cash.
Following the redemption, the number of Loyalty Points redeemed will be deducted from your account Loyalty Points balance. The oldest Reward Loyalty Points will be deducted first.
Rewards/Dollars may not be earned on redemption of points.
Reward expiry and deductions
Your loyalty account will be terminated if;
• You fail to comply with these terms and conditions
• Loyalty account is not used for 3 months
Upon termination of your Loyalty account you will not be able to redeem any dollars which might otherwise have been available to you.
Reward Loyalty Points will automatically expire and become void 120 days after the date on which they were accrued. Accordingly, they will be deducted from the Member’s account balance at that time. If Loyalty Points are added to a Member’s account in error or fraudulently, we may deduct those Loyalty Points. If Loyalty Points were earned on a transaction that was later cancelled, refunded or voided, we may deduct those Loyalty Points.
We may discontinue or suspend APP New Brew Bar & Restaurant Rewards at any time without prior notice. If APP New Brew Bar & Restaurant Rewards is discontinued, you will have three months in which to redeem any unused Loyalty Points. After this time, your Loyalty Points will be void and your Membership terminated. You will not be able to accrue Loyalty Points from the date APP New Brew Bar & Restaurant Rewards is discontinued.
Online Ordering
Online orders are for Takeaway only.
Food must be purchased with Alcohol, we cannot sell Alcohol by itself for takeaway.
And all Alcohol sales are subject to the conditions of our liquor licence
Liability
All conditions and warranties, whether express or implied and whether arising under legislation or otherwise, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness for purpose, or safety of any goods or services supplied under the APP New Brew Bar & Restaurant Rewards membership are expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law.
All personal information or material that you submit to this site is subject to APP New Brew Bar & Restaurant Privacy Policy.
